Our services are custom creative work, so refunds depend on how far your project has gone.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we start your project, we refund your payment in full.
After work starts
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. Instead, we will revise the work within the included revision rounds until it matches the agreed brief.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver the work we agreed to, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered work.
